Piloxing- is a combined cardio workout that includes Pilates and Boxing. While combining the power moves of boxing for intense cardio it also incorporates pilates movements to help tone and strengthen! Tuesday Night @ 6pm
TRX Suspension Training- Bodyweight exercises that develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Prefect for all ages, and fitness levels. Monday & Wednesday @ 5:30pm and Saturdays @ 8:00am
TRX Rip- Uses spiral movement patterns to train both anti-rotational strength and power. Using a Rip Training Bar and resistance cord to provide an ideal mix of rotation, core stability, control, power, balance, and coordination exercises. CardioBlast– A workout designed to boost metabolism, burn fat and improve cardio conditioning, using a continuous movement workout. Thursday @ 9:30am
Total Body Conditioning- A full body workout to target all of the major muscle groups. The exercises are designed to tone muscles and increase strength, decrease body fat and improve overall conditioning. Tuesday @ 9:30am
Muscle Pump- Get stronger today. Great counterpart to individual strength training. Improves flexibility and circulation. Variety of methods is used to support healthy muscle development. Monday & Friday @ 9:30am
Kettle Bell AMPD!- Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Monday @ 6:30pm

Booty Camp Cardio- Total motivation - no yelling or screaming. Designed to torch calories, crank up your metabolism, change your body, and life. Booty Camp Cardio builds confidence with an array of cardio and strength moves utilizing balls, bands, weights and your own body weight. Thursday @ 6pm
